Thank you for choosing Zhengkang brand products. In order to ensure that you get our high-quality after-sales service and avoid your worries, we make the following service commitment to you, and provide you with quality service when you need it:
Exchange guaranty. Warranty content
1.Warranty Exchange Guaranty is limited to the host, and packaging, various connections, software products, technical data and other accessories are not covered by warranty exchange Guaranty. Accessories are worn-out products, and the warranty period is 3 months. If the product has performance problems within 15 days after purchase and the appearance is not scratched, you can directly replace the new product. During the free exchange Guaranty period, the product must be tested by Zhengkang. After confirming the fault, the product of the same model or similar performance will be replaced, and the replaced defective spare parts will be owned by Zhengkang; no fault product, will be returned as it is.
2.The exchange Guaranty term of the external power supply is 3 months. If the repaired power supply has obvious hard damage, crack, broken foot, serious deformation, power cord damage, disconnection, bare core and other phenomena, it will not be exchange Guaranty, and users can purchase it separately. When our service organization serves you, please bring the corresponding Invoice and product warranty card; If you cannot show the above certificate, the free warranty period of this product will start from its production date. If the product is for paid maintenance, the same performance problem will enjoy a free warranty period of 3 months from the date of self-repair. Please obtain and keep your maintenance certificate. Products that have been guaranteed by Zhengkang exchange Guaranty will enjoy the remaining period of the original promised warranty plus a warranty period of 3 months.
The following conditions are not covered by the free exchange Guaranty warranty.
1. Failure or damage of products caused by failure to install, use, maintain and keep according to the instructions;
2. The warranty period has exceeded exchange Guaranty;
3. Alter or tear the product barcode or fragile sticker without authorization;
4. The product barcode or model on the product warranty card does not match the product itself;
5. Dismantle and repair the machine without permission;
6. Product damage caused by unexpected factors or human behaviors, such as inappropriate input voltage, high temperature, water inlet, mechanical damage, broken, serious oxidation or rust of the product, etc;
7. Damage caused by transportation, loading and unloading during the customer's return and repair;
8. Product failure or damage caused by irresistible force such as earthquake, fire, flood, lightning strike, etc;
9. Failure or damage caused by other non-product design, technology, manufacturing, quality and other problems.
Maintenance Mode
1. When the product you purchased fails, you can apply for exchange Guaranty warranty service at the product purchase office with valid vouchers such as the purchase invoice and warranty card. Since Zhengkang implements nationwide joint guarantee, you can also directly contact our company's offices or customer service department when you cannot contact the distributor.
2. Distributors selling Zhengkang products apply for exchange Guaranty warranty service from Zhengkang headquarters on behalf of customers. If the new product can be directly replaced in accordance with the provisions of exchange Guaranty, the distributor can directly replace the new product to the customer. In other cases, the distributor must replace the repair spare parts after the distributor changes the repair spare parts in Zhengkang technology.
3. The freight paid by the customer or distributor to send the repaired products to Zhengkang technology shall be borne by the customer or distributor, and the freight paid by Zhengkang technology to the customer or distributor for the products guaranteed by exchange guaranty shall be borne by Zhengkang technology.
Special statement
1. The above service commitment applies only to products sold by our company in mainland China. If post-sale service terms is otherwise agreed upon when the product is sold, the contract confirmed by Zhengkang technology shall prevail.
2. Our company does not assume any responsibility for other commitments made by the distributor to the customer that are not guaranteed by Zhengkang technology. Please ask the distributor for a written certificate when purchasing, so that the distributor can fulfill your extra promise.
